The Corona MPX I Customized Management software tool uses the Solarwinds Orion Advanced Reporting Engine to quickly and easily produce a customized report not available with the standard report development mechanisms in Report Writer. The tool produces an advanced report that displays the historical transitions when a system interface went up (operational) or down (out of operation) throughout the date range specified.
The MPX I Interface Outage History report is simple to use and will automatically search for the available installation path and connectivity information needed to run the report. The tool also easily walks you through the assignment of multiple filters on Nodes and Interfaces tables so that the report will ignore unwanted data.
The tool is designed to be simple to load and run with minimal or no configuration necessary yet is flexible enough to meet virtually any specific reporting criteria for critical documentation purposes such as Quality of Service requirements and Service Level Agreements for availability information that could be needed for billing.
The Interface Outage History Management Pack produces a report that displays the historical transitions when a system interface went up (operational) or down (out of operation) throughout the date range specified. Unlike the default “Interface Outages” report that Report Writer creates during installation, the Interface Outage History report considers all outages during the time period even if the interface is operational when the report is executed. This is valuable for critical documentation purposes such as Quality of Service requirements and Service Level Agreements, and for availability information that could be needed for billing purposes.
